Detail About how to apply
At Emerald Royal Academy, admission is open to children who meet the age and basic readiness requirements for their chosen class level, from Crèche through Junior Secondary School. We review every application carefully to ensure that each child is placed in an environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive academically and morally.
Our admission process is designed to be simple and parent-friendly, involving application submission, document review, and an age-appropriate assessment or interaction where necessary. Successful applicants are guided through enrollment and resumption by our admissions team to ensure a smooth transition into the school.
Most frequently asked questions
What does 'Reserve' mean and what's next?
Reserve” means your child’s application has been received and a place has been temporarily held, pending the completion of the admission process, after which parents will be contacted to submit any outstanding documents, attend an age-appropriate assessment or interaction if required, and complete enrollment once admission is confirmed.
I forgot to reply to my admission offer by the deadline, can I still submit a reply?
Admission offers are time-bound due to limited class spaces, but parents who miss the response deadline may contact the admissions office promptly to confirm whether the offer can still be considered based on availability.
Can I submit an appeal or reapply at any time?
Parents may submit an appeal or reapply during the next admission period if their child was not admitted, and all appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with Emerald Royal Academy’s admission standards
My application status is ’Unqualified’. What does that mean?
An “Unqualified” status means that your child does not currently meet one or more of the admission requirements for the selected class level, which may be due to age, academic readiness, or incomplete documentation, and parents are advised to contact the admissions office for clarification or guidance on a more suitable class placement.
The status of my application is "Qualified". Does this mean I've been accepted?
A “Qualified” status means your child meets the basic admission requirements for the selected class, but final acceptance is subject to document verification, assessment or interaction where applicable, and official confirmation from the school.
I submitted documents after the deadline and my application was deleted even though I believe I am qualified. What do I have to do?
Applications with late or incomplete submissions may be closed automatically, and parents who believe this occurred in error should contact the admissions office immediately, as they may be advised to submit a fresh application if admission is still ongoing.
